Adrian is an investment management and risk management expert with over two decades of global financial leadership experience in the investment banking and insurance industries. He has held senior roles at leading institutions including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Zurich Insurance, Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust.

Adrian has lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore and India, giving him a truly global perspective on markets, risk and organisational leadership. His experience spans product control, balance sheet and P&L reporting, regulatory stress testing and valuation oversight across complex products including Equity Derivatives, Credit and Rates. He has also successfully built and scaled global teams and understands what it takes for companies to grow across different markets and cultures.

Beyond finance, Adrian has a strong passion for learning, mentoring and social contribution. During a sabbatical, he taught Physics at a UK secondary school, contributing to the academic development of over 800 students. He is also the founder of Trigger Capital Limited through which he supports businesses in navigating financial and strategic complexity.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, Adrian actively mentors startup founders on strategy, governance and scaling with integrity. He enjoys adventure travel and loves exploring new cultures, histories and cuisines.
